Occassionally an item may not be available. Many of my items listed have only one available for sale. The eCRATER system allows sellers to limit the number of an item purchased to "one" but will still show the item as being available and another buyer would be able to order the same item until either paypal or google checkout confirms the sale or the seller manually updates the eCRATER store and removes the item. I do try to update the store as soon as possible when a single item has been sold - however, as a mobile massage therapist I am often online only once a day in the evening to check on orders.
In the event two sales of a single item occur - the sale will go to the first order placed and a full refund made to other buyer.
All items are sold AS IS. No returns, refunds or exchanges.
I try my best to accurately describe all items, so returns only if an item is overly misrepresented. No refund of shipping fees. You would first need to contact me for a "Return of Merchandise Authorization" (RMA).
Items are packaged with care. As of today (February 13, 2010) I have never had an item damaged in shipping - this includes the fragile blown eggs!. If you are concerned about shipping damage, please contact me prior to purchase to ask about adding shipping insurance.
Items generally ship by priority mail and generally mailed within three days of cleared payment. (Most often sent the next day.) If possible I would try to contact you by email to notify you of any delays.
