Are your items new?
Dog Bone Neck Pillows are new, handmade for you in Wisconsin. ~~~~ Other items may be new, new in package, "like new", or gently used but in nice condition. Each listing will note the condition of the item.

Are you a REAL store?
I do not have a bricks and mortar store you can come to shop in. This is more of an online garage sale. ~~~~~ The sales are real.

Do you charge sales tax?
Only on items delivered within Wisconsin.

How do you ship?
I currently ship most items by USPS Priority Mail (unless noted in description) , generally within three days of cleared payment. Most often sent the next day. If possible I would try to contact you by email to notify you of any delays. Items are packaged with care. As of today (November 10, 2008) I have never had an item damaged in shipping - this includes the fragile blown eggs!. If you are concerned about shipping damage, please contact me prior to purchase to ask about adding shipping insurance.

Are items ever OUT OF STOCK?
Occassionally an item may not be available. Many of my items listed have only one available for sale. The eCRATER system allows sellers to limit the number of an item purchased to "one" but if paid by a method other than Google Checkout or Paypal the system will still show the item as being available and another buyer would be able to order the same item until the seller manually updates the eCRATER store and removes the item. I do try to update the store as soon as possible when a single item has been sold - however, as a mobile massage therapist I am often online only once a day in the evening to check on orders. ~~~~ ~~~~ In the event two sales of a single item occur - the sale will go to the first order placed and a full refund made to other buyer. Exception - neck pillows, you would be contacted to see if you would like a different print or a refund.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
All items are sold AS IS. No returns, refunds or exchanges. I try my best to accurately describe all items, so a return only if an item is overly misrepresented. No refund of shipping fees. You would first need to contact me for a "Return of Merchandise Authorization" (RMA).

Is local pickup available?
Yes. Pickup can be arranged at my admin office just north of Appleton WI (my mailing address is Appleton). I am often away with massage clients so you will need at arrange a time that fits both our schedules, or I can offer free delivery of purchased items to your massage session with Medically Sound Mobile Massage LLC.
